This weekend was lovely.

We had temperatures in the 60s.

We babysat for our pastor this weekend and watched Enchanted.

We had a Cinco de Abril fiesta with a couple from Robb’s department.

I went shopping.

Robb had his first intramural softball practice.

I went for a run.

It was sunny.

I wore sunglasses all weekend.

We made fresh squeezed lemonade and lemon scones.

We saw the world premiere of Welcome to Macintosh at the Wisconsin Film Festival.

We will start gardening soon.

After enjoying the weekend we must return to reality (school & work).

This month will be busy.

Oh yes. Our marriage is now 3 months old.

but as i loved franny and zooey by j.d. salinger, i decided to see for myself which dysfunctional glass family member i am.hardly a surprise:

You are Franny. You are disillusioned with life and are not sure what you want or believe in. You tend to break down. When you do, you want to be coddled and taken care of - but what you need is someone who will talk some sense into you and tell you what you don’t want to hear.  

in other thoughts. i can’t wrap my mind around that idea that people are actually buying things off of robb’s and my wedding registry.
