Strawberry and Rhubarb
Our friends, Kim and Jeremiah, gave us fresh rhubarb this week. It wasn’t enough to make the usual pie, but I did have a hankering for a coffeecake. A few clicks later, I discovered this recipe. I accidently tweeked it by changing the type of sugar in the cake and in the topping, but all in all, I think it is amazing.
