First day of autumn
Robb and I celebrated this glorious, much anticipated, day with none other than burgers and fries. These were delicious! I seasoned the burgers with a delicious spice blend that was part of a wedding gift from a friend. We don’t have a charcoal grill, yet, so we fried them up on our cast iron grill on the stove. Delicious! (The broccoli is also from our garden!)
The fries are homemade. Simply julienned and seasoned with olive oil, cumin, and salt. Baked at 400ºF for 20 minutes, turned, and baked for a remaining 10 minutes until they are soft and brown. (And delicious!)
